SHIPPING

Each ASHIA piece is carefully prepared and inspected before leaving the studio.

In-stock pieces are prepared and dispatched within up to 14 days from order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are available by personal appointment only.

Production timing, materials and specifications will be confirmed individually before the order is placed.

International orders are shipped with DHL.

Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes up to 14 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and will be displayed before payment is completed.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or additional fees upon arrival.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

ASHIA is not responsible for duties, taxes or fees imposed by local customs authorities.
