ASHIA was founded by Eden Asherian in 2024, following a journey that began in 2023 with a search for a deeper connection between material, tradition and human touch.

ASHIA brings together the different worlds Eden has moved through fashion, image, storytelling and craft.

A RETURN TO MATERIAL

Trained in fashion design at Shenkar, with studies at AMFI in Amsterdam, Eden spent nearly a decade working across fashion, creative direction, branding, photography and visual storytelling.

Over time, she found herself drawn toward something more physical — something that began with material rather than only with an idea.

That search led her to ancient cultures, traditional making and eventually to India, where she began exploring the centuries-old craft of crystal carving. Working alongside artisans, she became fascinated by the relationship between hand and stone — its resistance, fragility, and the delicate balance between shaping a material and allowing it to lead.

Crystal became a new language.

Raised in a family with a long history in diamonds, Eden grew up with a traditional understanding of precious materials and luxury. Through her encounters with craftsmanship and objects made slowly by hand, that definition began to shift.

For Eden, luxury is found not only in the rarity of a material, but in the time, knowledge and human skill held within an object.

Through ASHIA, she continues to explore the space between ancient tradition and modern vision, instinct and precision, raw material and refined form.
