Who are you, and what do you do in the world?
I’m Sahar, a woman who loves to dream big.
An artist of spaces, creator of the Essence project, mother to Matcha, and a yogi.
I’m the founder of Essence - a global platform connecting women through conceptual gatherings centered on female empowerment.
What inspires you these days?
My inspiration comes from the smallest things, a writing routine, a book, a glass of wine and from the big ones, like exploring cultures, getting lost in a foreign city, photographing architecture (I have a bit of a fetish for that), unique experiences, and festivals.
What does modern femininity mean to you, and how does it show up in the way you create and move through the world?
To me, modern femininity is the ability to stay connected to feminine energy while being independent and self-fulfilled.
That’s exactly what I aim to share with the world through Essence - spaces that honor both softness and strength.
As an independent woman in a modern world, what challenges do you face, and how do you choose to navigate them?
The biggest challenge is running a “one-woman show”, managing the logistics of organizing events from afar,
dealing with the unexpected, and sometimes not having anyone to share the frustration with, because you’re doing it all on your own.
How does the LUNA Dress make you feel — in presence, in movement, in connection with yourself?
The dress made me feel like a goddess - feminine, connected to myself and to the movement of my body.
How does your Inner Goddess express herself in the world?
Through strength, truth, and allowing my voice to resonate in the world.
