SHIPPING
Our shipments are made with DHL depending on the country, all packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the confirmation of the purchase.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in our workshop so it takes between 4-6 working days to prepare your order, delivery time depends on the country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

SHIPPING COST
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping. Customer is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and any fees charged by the Country of residence.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Any order can be canceled up to 30 days from the date
The purchase is for store credit. We wholeheartedly believe in the quality of our products, so that despite the fact that they are made to order, they can be exchanged. Jewelry purchased for up to NIS 3000 can be returned within two business days for a full refund.
REHEARSALS
Jewelry can be delivered to us free of charge at our store at the Diamond Exchange in Ramat-Gan, Israel. Any other delivery will be priced according to the location and urgency of the delivery.
When purchasing certain items, the operator of the operation will not be able to cancel the transaction, as stated in the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010.

You must attach in the email - full name, order number (appears in the email received after purchase) and the name of the item you want to exchange for and its size.
The shipping cost when returning / exchanging will apply to the customer only.
If a package sent by us is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
Basic conditions for canceling a transaction:
You must return the product to the dealer when it is undamaged and unused.
The regulations apply to a variety of products whose price is over NIS 50 and to various services.
You must prove the purchase - presentation of an invoice, cash register tape, bill of exchange or any other proof that indicates the execution of the transaction (including the date of purchase, the amount of the transaction and the method of payment).
The business may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. If the transaction was paid by credit card, the business may charge a credit card clearing fee!
The right of cancellation also applies to gifts you have received, as long as you are able to present a bill of exchange or other proof attesting that the transaction was actually carried out (including the date of the transaction, the amount paid and the means of payment)
If you paid for the transaction with shopping vouchers, a gift voucher or a loaded magnetic card, the business does not have to cancel the transaction.
The cancellation of the deal can be done in the store where the product was purchased as well as in any of the business branches (unless it is a business that is a franchisee and the franchisee has displayed a sign in a prominent place).
Crediting and canceling a transaction:
Cancellation of a transaction can be made up to 14 days from the moment of receiving the package. The payment refund will be made according to the payment method in which the transaction was made, after deducting 5% of the value of the transaction (not including shipping fees) or deducting an amount of $25 - whichever is the cheapest. The refund will be given only after the items have arrived at ASHIA headquarters and this after a comprehensive check that the items have not been used in any way.
The results of the cancellation due to a defect

My jewelry piece broke—do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include natural wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or exposure to harmful substances.

How long does shipping take?
Since each piece is handcrafted, production time takes between 3 to 5 weeks.
Shipping time varies depending on the destination, but in most countries, delivery takes up to 7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns questions
Can I return or exchange a jewelry piece?
Yes, you can return an unworn jewelry piece within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging.
Please note that custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.
